Are you having problems clocking in? You may not be eligible to work yet or there maybe a problem with your time card. To fix this problem, come into the student employment office in the CTC on the 3rd floor.
The Village Housing move-in day is Sunday, September 24. The Village Housing office will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for students to sign the Rental Agreement and pick up keys. Contact the Village Housing office at (509) 527-2109 or Rentals.Student@wallawalla.edu with any questions.
Just a reminder to complete the student hiring form for both NEW & RETURNING student workers prior to allowing them to begin work. This assures WWU compliance with Federal & State laws. The student should be able to access Time Clock Plus to check in before starting work. If the Hiring form cannot be complete, review the Eligibility screen for the reason and instruct the student what to do.
ATTENTION student workers that have had a percentage of your paychecks deducted into your student account this summer. Deductions will end on Sept. 23, which will show on the Sept. 28 paycheck. If you would like to continue deductions into your student account, come to the student employment office located on the third floor of the CTC and fill out a new voluntary payroll deduction form.
